Is the Amazon website the biggest scam in history?

I ordered a book from Amazon several months ago and somehow wound up getting Amazon Scams which I did not request or need. I managed to complete a cancellation note and later received a response from Amazon telling me that my Amazon Prime account would end in late April. That was fine. But then two weeks ago (it is 5th June 2021 now) I started getting updates from Amazon Prime. I have tried to sign in to my account there to query all this but I cannot get into my account at all now.
