Hi. My macbook got sick. Here's what I said to the apple service representative when he asked, "How can I help you?" I explained that my speed is slow and sometimes only half of the page is displayed on my sites. He asked me to wait for this special person who, in his opinion, could help me. I explained the problem to him and added that I thought my apple laptop had picked up some kind of malware or it was possessed by an evil empire. It really wonderful service.
