Increase muscle size is generally the first thing I hear when people tell me what objectives are with muscle sole path to success. And I believe that is a pretty good goal to have, with there being several reasons to like it; by increased muscle size you will be stronger with your everyday life, your outfit will look more awesome on only you can be also the one everyone looks up to in a health club etc.
