I want to learn French

My dream is to learn French and go to France. I've heard that the French are not too fond of being spoken to in English or any language other than French.

I think it's stereotyping. English is now more than enough for communication when traveling anywhere.

I've heard that too, but I don't really think it's a stereotype. This really does happen. By the way, I think French is easy enough to learn, and I studied this language at school and university. Now I try to maintain my language level using online apps and platforms French language learning app. It doesn't take much time, but it allows me to constantly keep my level in good shape.
