We, (me and Mota), were preparing to attend Just Paranthas (near Inox) that Friday as part of our 'Friday nite guys hangout' :G , but it had been closed. So we went along to Flags. I'd noticed a lot concerning this restaurant, on sites, websites, and from people, and finally i got to be able to be there too. As a result of swine virus and all cinemas shut 'til Aug 23, we're able to simply get a table (usually waiting period is around 30-40 mins). Bowl was heavy melted, without any gravy and rather dull in taste. The Malaman Curry was very poor, the curry especially. The crowd is hot lots of attractive gori babes. Company is effective, Waiters are quite courteous. Now comes the downside. The price, it will burn up a gap in your pocket. Plus you will undoubtedly be charged 10% support duty, aside from 12.5% VAT. Meals for 2 will definitely cost nothing less than the usual 1000 bucks, but their however worth a visit.
