Since the automobile manufacturer Automobili Ferruccio Lamborghini was founded in 1963, and in the years since that time has produced some of the most used and revered vehicles the low rider industry has known.


Lamborghini was a rapid success during its first years but the 1973 economic crisis and subsequent global oil shortages affected its popularity and bankruptcy was declared five years later. Despite this type of setback, the company was never discontinued. Lamborghini exchanged owndreship serveral times and although they certainly were never in a position to dominate the market it continued to be always a respectable and popular name in the auto industry before experiencing a significant resurgence in popularity during the late 90s. This came after Lamborghini was purchased by Audi AG who helped ensure it is the massively successful low rider manufacturer it is today.

The Murcielago (2001 - 2010)
The Murciélago is just a two-seater low rider that has been the very first new design from Lamborghini for eleven years when it had been introduced in 2001.
