Apple has a website that you can use to manage your Apple ID and reset your password at appleid.apple.com. 1: Go to your iTunes page and click "Forget iTunes password."
2: Enter your Apple ID then hit continue after that select the "Recover using Two-step verification" option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
3: You need to enter your recovery key to continue else; this method will not help you recover.
4: Choose a trusted device and wait for the verification code.
5: When you will receive your verification code, enter the code and create your new password.
6: When you are done select Reset Password.
