Hello. I think many of you have noticed that Noom has been scientifically studied (albeit minimally) and shown to help people lose weight and keep it off. In one noom study of almost 36,000 people who were Noom users, nearly 80 percent reported weight loss while using the app over an average of 267 days. In the Noom weight loss group, certain behaviors contributed to better results: Tracking dinner was a particularly effective strategy, while tracking total calories, activity, and weight didn't fall far behind either.

Weight loss is really not an easy process, but everything can be done correctly, because information on this topic is always in the public domain, for myself I learned a lot from the blog, I found answers to many psychological topics related to being overweight, now I always go to them so as not to miss new topics.
