Why Do Supposed Internet Marketers Give Dud Information?

I have been through all the resources on the internet that has anything to do with marketing on the internet and affiliate marketing (or so it feels anyway...) and have found nothing of real value. Don't get me wrong, I realize that internet, or affiliate marketing for that matter, is not a get rich quick business. But the amount of seriously misleading advertising that is being put in front of desperate people is sickening. It really, truly makes me want to throw up....

The worst thing about the misleading advertising and armenian duduk is that all of the proprietors of said information are intensely greedy and self centered. The only thing that they end up doing is giving you a chance to promote their product which, incidentally, is nothing more than half-baked information on someone else's product and/or information. It is quite sad when you think about it.

I would like to give anyone who reads this article a few pointers on what to look out for when you research opportunities to make money on the internet...

First off: TRUST NO-ONE. Especially people, companies or institutions who advertise for moneymaking opportunities on the little adds that can be seen at the side or top of search engine results. Don't even click on those adds. Never.

Next: Do you know the old saying that goes: 'If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is'...? Well, change 'probably' to 'definitely'. Any person, or company promising to make you rich in a week, or give you a recipe to earn thousands of dollars per week is lying to you. They are lying through their teeth. Seriously. I am a very trusting and gullible person and have believed them for too long. I have gotten to the point where I am now as hard as a stone concerning any special money-making offers on the net.

What they do is this... Instead of providing a valuable service or product, the most of them make up a series of noncommittal sets of information in the form of eBooks or information packages and automated systems. The fact of the matter is that there IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH! They all want something (your money) from you and they will get it any way that they can. In the end all you will have is a headache and an inbox full of flighty, useless information in the form of auto-responder emails and offers.
