Reactive hypoglycemia can be a very frustrating condition. I remember when i was first diagnosed I wondered basically would ever go back to normal. Chia seeds possess antioxidants (more than blueberries actually), possess a ton of fiber, essential fatty acids and have been proven in several studies to control sugars on blood.
