Inner Peace - Outer Turmoil - One Statement

After having a long time of work, organizing home jobs and preparing dinner, I sit amongst my children, laughing, screeching and playing loudly. I can hardly believe from the exhaustion of the afternoon and for a flashing time I picture myself standing and yelling SHUT UP! and But rather I take a breath, get a hold, and take the peace and quiet inside me. You know the part inside all of us that thinks the peaceful contrary to the storm of life. It's the element of you that considers and thinks thankful for the small things. You understand it's there even if you're not.

Feeling it in the moment. and So how do you can that host to peace and calm amongst the turmoil of living? How will you stop the winds from coming and the fireplace from scattering inside? How do find pleasure in the small things when the huge things are very overriding? and Replicate a mantra, one term, one statement. Pick a phrase, a stating, a offer, a song or inspiring line and repeat it to yourself. Choose a record that evokes a sense in you. Pick phrases that bring heartfelt indicating to your soul.
