I utilize the nats I get to superheat ore. I get nats in drops as im fighting different monsters. I'm not one of the players to get runes,its an issue of luck for me. I train slayer but I forget which critter had the best natural drops. . It is true that roaches do drop Nats, but unless one is fighting frequently, then relying on this for nat production is extremely slow. The good thing is that the cost is very low on items now and runes are cheap to purchase if one has the gp to build an enormous stack.

It's damage for every second that comes from the spear is horrendous It is best to re-bank when you require it is much quicker. Change to RS 3 Gold a whip when you're not required to heal, then.
