How to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle

Take the time and inquire relating to this very important question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the ability of our mind. Your brain simply can only just see what it believes, which is why we have to release false beliefs. Ultimately, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we are able to always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause as opposed to react. By going for a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we are able to begin to forget about habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. This results in lots of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's very important to have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you're in a position to see your fears and what's behind them, you are able to really enter the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's nothing at all that can threaten you. Then a fear inevitably has to leave.
