When faced with disaster, people typically come together. From ice storms, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes and other disasters, the best of humanity surfaces when disaster strikes. But if the disasters strike the entire world, will there be able anyone to help? Who will send out food, clothes and shelter if all are stricken? Ignoring climate change will not make it go away. More studies will not make it go away.

One of my boy's pals the other night states his mama stresses about the possibility that civilization could break down. No power grid indicates everything spoils. No fuel means no transport and no offered food. No food means individuals will battle over what's left. John Grit, author of "Apocalypse Law," designs the circumstance rather starkly. When people get starving, they'll eliminate to eat. It's no time at all to count on the kindness of complete strangers.

Nature operates in cycles. Environment change is natural. The climate will continue to change, getting warmer, getting cooler, whether we like it or not. We are not so all-powerful that we can control the weather.
