Best Marketing Campaigns - Nike Football

For those of you who have already experienced the thrill of fantasy football, you'll know that the game is full of ups, downs, highs and lows. You'll find yourself doing things such as watching Blackburn vs Stoke on a Wednesday evening - a game no-one in their right mind would watch out of entertainment! - hoping for one of your fantasy players to score a goal, or keep a clean sheet. Crazy. But in the end it's all worth it, and it certainly adds an element of excitement to football matches.

I am always balancing fun versus work during my youth football practices. You want to teach the kids and give them the best football experience you can, but you also want the players to have fun. It never seems to fail, but each year the team will have on practice where they start to stray. I believe that coaching is an extension of how to become a football player parenting and at times, we need to show some "tough love".

Give them chances to be perfect: I'm going to use a basketball analogy. In basketball players have a chance to hit foul shots to avoid running. They have a chance to run a play to perfection to get some reward. It's a challenge they need to overcome. Football is no different. Our coaches would have us run 10 plays in a row to perfection. No mess ups on plays or responsibilities or anything. We had to run 10 perfect plays in a row to get our reward. We fought hard and failed a lot but we always asked for other chances and to prove ourselves.

What really makes college football great is the fact that it might be the highest level of pure sports that a person can watch. The majority of college football players will never be paid for playing football. For most players college football is the highest level of football that they will play. Every year in college football there are a handful of elite players, those players that even a casual fan see are special. Those players are going to play in the NFL, and are simply enjoying the short time they are spending in NCAA football. The rest of the players are playing, more or less, for the love of the game of football.

Ronaldo has retired but in the course of his Brazilian football career he was essentially the most prolific goal scorer of all time. He won the European footballer of the year twice, and the FIFA player of the year three times. Ronaldo played for Brazil in 97 matches and scored an extraordinary 62 goals. He was an important part of the team that won the World Cup in 1994 and 2002.

Handcuffing - Handcuffing is when you draft a star player like a running back or quarterback, and then just in case they get injured and can't play you also draft their backup. Handcuffing can be effective for running backs since there are very few great running backs in the NFL, but it isn't recommended for other positions.

Kaka as he is typically known is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world. Although Kaka is still considered very young, he began his soccer career at the young age of just eight. Kaka had his major debut in 2001 and scored 12 goals in 27 appearances. In 2007, he was awarded the FIFA World player of the year.

Another football film based on a true story, "Invincible" lets us all live the dream that we could be playing in the NFL too. Mark Wahlberg stars as Vince Papale. He is down on his luck and has just learned that he is being laid off from his job due to budget cuts. His wife leaves him. He takes work as a bartender, but his life changes when he hears that his hometown team, the Philadelphia Eagles, will be holding open tryouts. At first, he is reluctant, but he tries out and makes the team, which leads to a three-year career in the NFL.
