A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a three-volume set of books. It was received by Helen Schucman, a Columbia University psychologist, through a process of inner dictation over the course of ten years beginning in 1965.

ACIM is highly intellectual with many metaphysical, theological ucdm and psychological concepts integrated into its lessons. It offers an individualized curriculum with an emphasis on forgiveness.
The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction, also known as the Law of Cause and Effect is one of the most fundamental laws there is. It governs all of creation and is the basis for time and space. Without the Law of Attraction, there would be no world for us to experience. The Law of Attraction states that whatever you think and feel is what you will attract into your life. The Law of Attraction works through a form of energy called vibrational frequency, which is the energy that your thoughts and emotions create. When you are in vibrational alignment with the energy of love, you are a magnet for miracles.

The Course in Miracles is a spiritual teaching that draws on the core wisdom of all major religions. It is not a religious book in the traditional sense and does not claim to be the only way to God. Rather, the Course in Miracles makes it clear that there are thousands of different paths to the same result.

A Course in Miracles is not just about changing beliefs and perceptions, it’s about waking up to reality. The Course defines a miracle as “a shift in perception from the ego’s story about reality to the truth.”

When most people think of a miracle they may picture something like Jesus walking on water or turning water into wine. However, the Course in Miracles explains that a miracle can be any change of perception no matter how big or small. The Course in Miracles is all about awakening to the fact that a miracle is a shift in perception from fear to love.

Most of the time when people use the Law of Attraction, they will end up manifesting more of what they don’t want than what they do. This is because most people are still holding onto negative beliefs and attitudes. The Course in Miracles calls this miscreating.

The Course in Miracles teaches that the only way to release the effects of miscreating is to let go of all negative thought and feeling patterns and learn how to think positively and love more fully. Often times this will include letting go of the need to control and possess.
The Law of Karma

Karma is the principle that whatever you send out into the world will return to you. This is a law that operates in all realms of life, including the spiritual, physical and mental. The Course teaches that the world we see is only an illusion, and it calls on us to shift our perspective from that of fear and limitation to one of love and forgiveness. The Course also teaches that all of life is a manifestation of God's love and that the true nature of man is divine. It says that all wars, crimes, calamities and pain are misperceptions of reality. The Course views evil as a mistake that must be corrected with forgiveness, not by punishment and guilt.

The Course is a text that combines spiritual teachings with psychological insights. It was first published in 1976 as a three-volume book and has been sold to millions of people, many of whom say that it has changed their lives for the better. It is claimed that the Course was written by a voice, thought to be the voice of Jesus. The Course is based on the New Thought tradition, a branch of Christianity that focuses on self-improvement and the power of positive thinking.

While the Course is rooted in Christian terminology, it is ecumenical and states that a universal theology is impossible, but a universal experience is possible. It has been called a "restatement of core wisdom" found in all religions, and its teachings have helped to spark a healing movement throughout the world.

The Course is intellectually sophisticated, with sophisticated metaphysical and theological concepts integrated into its three books. Much of it is written in blank verse, and those without an academic background may have difficulty understanding some of its ideas. However, if you are willing to let go of your ego, it will be easier to understand and practice the principles in the Course. It is a powerful tool to help you shift from your mind of fear and limitation to the mind of love and forgiveness. And, like all spiritual practices, it is a process that takes time and perseverance.
The Law of Love

First published in 1976, A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a self-study system of "spiritual psychology." It combines profound spiritual teachings with far-reaching and practical psychological insights. It has already touched the lives of over a million people around the world. Its loving words, wise guidance and heart opening meditations help you to awaken to the truth about who you really are and what is truly going on in this world.

The Course teaches that miracles are intercessions in which Christ joins with the mind of man to bring it back to God’s Will. Miracles are therefore truly a way of extending love. They are an expression of an inner recognition of the divine equality and oneness of all life. They join the individual with Christ, bringing him back to his own innate holiness and communion with God.

They also intercede for the correction of human perceptions, which have been misguided by fear. They establish that everything is made of love and that nothing can be unmade of love. They function as a means of healing because they remove blocks to the awareness of love's presence, which is our natural inheritance. They demonstrate that it is more blessed to give than to receive, because they increase the strength of both the giver and the receiver.

A miracle does not change the laws of reality, but rather changes the beliefs and perceptions of the mind. It reverses the ego’s thought system and allows the true Creator to operate at all levels of the universe. As a result, the contact between the individual and the higher level of creation becomes strong and clear. This is what makes the experience of reality so profound and exciting.

The language of the Course is poetic and often written in blank verse. It is also intellectually sophisticated, with many metaphysical and theological concepts integrated throughout its three books. Its spiritual inspiration and deep understanding of such psychological phenomena as belief systems, defense mechanisms and perception are what make it unique among modern spiritual teachings. It is not a religion, but a teaching curriculum which calls upon universal, non-dual spiritual themes and includes many Eastern spiritual themes as well.
The Law of Non-Duality

Although A Course in Miracles is a non-dualistic spiritual text, some people have difficulty understanding it. This is because it uses sophisticated metaphysical, theological, and psychological concepts throughout its three books. It also addresses a variety of subjects, including healing, forgiveness, and nonduality. Therefore, a person with little or no academic background in these areas may find it difficult to understand the workbook lessons and ACIM. However, this does not mean that he or she cannot benefit from the book.

The Course uses the terms “non duality” and “duality” to describe two dimensions of experience: the eternal, unchanging reality of Heaven, or God; and the world of illusion, which is the ego thought system. It teaches that the world of illusion is the result of a mis-identification with the eternal Self, or God. It then explains that in order to return to the reality of non duality, one must change his or her beliefs and perceptions about the world and oneself.

It teaches that miracles are not magic tricks in the physical world, but rather changes of mind and belief. A miracle occurs when the ego’s false beliefs about what is real are replaced by the truth of love and oneness. When this occurs, the ego no longer suffers from its identification with the body and the world. This is why the course calls it a miracle.

Eckhart Tolle teaches that only a small percentage of channelled writings go deep enough to be truly beneficial. He believes that A Course in Miracles is one of them. He says that some people are put off by its old-fashioned Christian terminology, but if you can get past this, you will see a teaching with tremendous spiritual power and beauty. He also shares that many non dual students are put off by its dualistic language, but if you can look beyond this, the workbook lessons can take you to an actual experience of non duality.
