Every time I've ever walked to produce gym, I've seen body after body arranged on the treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climbers, and stationary motor bikes. It seems being the common belief that if you invest an hour or so sweating on these machines, that fat will disappear from method. There is not any doubt a person can will burn calories doing perfect of exercises, BUT.Is this "endurance" training really the way to burn fat?
