Simple is ideal. Maybe the XYZ diet can have you losing 10 pounds a week (which isn't healthy anyway), but if you reach for your fudge 1 week after completes it mainly because it is ridiculously unmanageable, then what good is the application? Any diet you have failed at, medical doctors failed due to the fact was too complex.
