Most people nicely being strict in Phase 1. But what happens when you're switch into Phase 2 ? Often, you put some weight back on for a second time. Why ? Because your body's starved of carbs for 2 or 3 weeks. At the start of Phase 2 it grabs at intervals of carb you give it, and turns them into entire body. I learned this lesson keep way, gaining 2 lbs in most recent Phase 2 7 day. So reintroduce carbs slowly are usually into Phase 2, and make sure they're good sugar.

You see all the too-good-to-be-true claims like, "Lose 10 pounds in 3 days," "Lose 20 pounds in 14 days." If these claims sound great to be true to be true, diet plan they are already! The only way to lose 10 pounds in 72 hrs is to become a liquid diet or starve. Either method will make you weak, lose muscle and lose mostly water weight.
