Picking up women at the gym is a dilemma every guy faces. They head to the gym, they are picking things up and putting them down, and they see her - 5'5", long blond hair in a ponytail, pink Nike Frees, an iPod on her right arm, black spandex shorts, and a hot pink top that shows off every sculpted curve. First you need to make sure your game is tight. Have your bar/club game and your day game to the point where you are pretty successful at it. You are regularly getting phone number, dates, and even lays. When your game is ready you can put it to use in high risk situations like work or the gym.

Second, flirt, or be social, with everybody. It's the same as working on hired guns. You become known by the staff as a social guy, and they won't see you as the "awkward guy." They'll see you as the "cute flirt who's completely harmless." If you are working the whole gym instead of just one person, when you finally work one person it will go by without notice.

Third, try to "run into" her when she is not so focused on her workout. Talk to her when she is done on the treadmill, or puts the barbells away. Also, don't be too concerned if she has headphones in. Motion her to take them out and she probably will. People are generally nice, and will chilled cow lofi no problem talking to you.

Another strategy for getting girls at a gym is to work at a gym. If you can work as a trainer, even better. Girls find guys who are an "expert" in something attractive - especially if that expertise is going to make them look better.
