If you modify a flight ticket online within 24 hours before the scheduled departure, you can change or cancel your flight for free and quickly claim for a refund.

Before making any modifications to your travel, you should be informed of the Swoop Airlines Flight Change Fee.

If you need to alter your trip within 3 days of departure or less than 7 days, you must pay a $150 flight change fee per passenger, according to the airline's rules.

If your flight is changed within 7 days or more and you wish to change it, you must pay a $100 flight change fee; however, if you change your ticket 72 hours in advance, you do not have to pay anything.
