Five stars for most items minus four stars for substandard customer service

I have purchased a couple of Shapermint items and really like them a lot. If you want to be held in, most of these are the garments to wear.

However, if you find that you don't like an item or it just doesn't fit, good luck with your return. I have been trying for two months to return these flimsy "boy short" bottoms but I can't even get into my account. I get cutesy emails saying "No worries" and "we got you" but they don't got me. They're good at that but they're useless when trying to establish your account so that you CAN return something. I have sent them photos of the packages I've received with the tracking info, but what I've learned is that providing a lot of information to assist them is the equivalent to sending them no information.
