Well JJs House has still failed to deliver my dress. The second missed delivery date was 27th June.

They have agreed to a £12.50 refund of the delivery charge but this does not give me my dress.

Despite numerous requests for tracking details all I am ever told is that the logistics department are investigating. I never hear the results of the investigation.
