A big thank you to LJ for top notch support and service to complete our move inspection follow up tasks. We got disconnected but he called back right away. That’s huge to me! The time to submit the work orders was fast and straight forward. Representatives like LJ makes the First Key experience exceptional and we could more excellent employees like LJ.

FirstKey has been great so far since move in. We had some minor issues that would be typical after a house is vacant for a few months and they sent out their technician and vendors quickly. Our technician with FirstKey, Tion is the best! Every time we had something needing attention he was there! He is always on time, works quickly, and always so pleasant! Some things I wasn’t sure how to use or work something and he takes the time to show us firstkey homes review . Thankful to have him on our team!
