Backyard patio installation & steam cleaning driveway

We just finished a backyard patio installation, and now I’m focusing on cleaning the rest of the property. Has anyone tried steam cleaning driveway surfaces instead of pressure washing? Does steam cleaning remove oil stains and mold better, or is it just gentler on the surface? I’d like to avoid damaging the pavers or concrete.
