STANDING WHEEL WASHING ECO SERIES

Tecnoter ECO automatic wheel washers are closed-loop circuit designed for in-ground, standing installations where vehicular flow and contamination are extremely relevant.

Able to be used even in very cold areas, Eco series are composed by one ultra HD washing lane and one or more physical-chemical units which include settling tanks, mud extractors, oil and hydrocarbon separators, lamellar settlers, poly-electrolyte dosing station, mixers and more. Thanks to the complete flexibility, easiness of expansion and particular sturdiness of the structures, the RC systems can easily adapt to the needs of the construction sites and they are able to withstand extreme heavy works.

The RC series wheel washers are characterized by closed cycle washing systems in which the percentage of reuse of the washing fluid can reach more than 95%

The E series system is composed of a washing line with built-in tank and by one or more storage tanks where both of the poly-electrolyte dosing units and the sludge extraction systems are housed.

The E series wheel washer is particularly suitable to use in sites characterized by a “high flow” of mobile vehicles and a large presence of contaminants and sticky sludge.

The particular characteristics of this system is modularity, versatility, exceptional cleaning power and possibility to use in both underground and above ground area.

The CLBR system is a compact unit, particularly, suitable for sites characterized by low vehicular flow but with a medium amount of contaminants. The system includes a single structure which particularly strong and effective washing line, a storage tank with a  capacity from 4 to 9 m³ and a mud extractor capable of extracting solid contaminants and thickened sludge from poly-electrolyte.

If necessary, this system can be extended with auxiliary storage tanks to ensure adaptability and efficiency over time.
