IELTS test taking tips for people who are tired of taking the IELTS test

I'm so happy. Today I got my IELTS test results back, and I finally got the band I wanted. I have to say I was fortunate. I got such a high grade because of my fantastic teacher, who I found on www.ieltstrainingschool.com.

The first time I took the IELTS test, I got a very low writing grade because I did not read the writing prose as many times as I should have. As a result, I ended up writing an essay that had nothing to do with the actual topic or the actual question that I was supposed to answer. I realized that I had written the essay on the wrong topic when I came to the end, and I re-read my writing, but it was too late. I had no time to fix it. Writing an essay under time constraints can be stressful; therefore, the more you practice, the likelier you are to get the band you want.

The second time around, I took the IELTS test and reached the writing section part one to realize that there was no statistical graph to write about. Instead, there was a diagram of a wood pellet oven that was very difficult to understand, which made me very nervous because I had never seen a chart before. When I saw this strange diagram, I thought to myself, "oh my God" what will I do? I have no idea what this is! Beware, people. The IELTS test writing part one doesn't always have a statistical graph. The IELTS test writing part one may include strange instructions or weird diagrams that have to do with unfamiliar procedures like making yogurt or using a wood pellet oven. The third time I took the IELTS test, I did something idiotic. I forgot to transfer my answers from the listening part to the bubble sheet—what a disaster and a waste of money, of course. I mean, let's face it. The IELTS test costs a lot of money to take. The fourth time I took the IELTS test, I froze up on the speaking and could not continue the simple discussion of introducing myself from part one to part two of the speaking. I completely froze up, and I just stared at the person speaking to me. Meanwhile, the clock was ticking, and I was not taking advantage of the time I had to show the IELTS examiner that I had reasonable control of the English language.

Now I know what you are thinking. "How many times have you taken this test, dude?" I am not ashamed to admit that I have taken this test five times. The fifth time around, I was well prepared because of www.ieltstrainingschool.com. The first thing that I had to do when I enrolled in the school was to take an actual English test and see whether my level of English was high enough to take the IELTS test. Do you know that many people assume that their level of English is high enough to deal with the IELTS test, but they are wrong? After taking the test and knowing that my English level was high enough to take the IELTS test, I finally met my teacher. She gave me two lessons and then decided which section to start with first. In my case, it is evident that I was having severe problems with the writing sections. Therefore, my teacher decided to create a personalized approach to help me get the band that I wanted. My teacher was excellent. She expected me to write an essay for ielts test each lesson, and we corrected it together so that I would not repeat my mistakes. I also participated in group writing activities where we corrected each other's work. I was expected to keep a journal and write all the problems I faced as I progressed in my writing journey. The journal writing itself also helped improve my writing. Keeping a record of all of the issues I faced also helped me remember so I could resolve them. Without question, I consider myself very lucky to find www.ieltstrainingschool.com.
