When choosing your flight, there are several important factors to consider. For instance, consider whether you want to fly non-stop or make a few stopovers. A non-stop flight usually travels the shortest distance, but it will also cost more and be harder to fit into your schedule. Connecting flights are another option. These require you to board one plane and board another plane, often leaving your checked luggage at the gate.

First of all, you should make sure you arrive at the airport at least two hours before takeoff. This will save you from wasting time waiting in long lines at security and customs. Also, don't forget to attach your frequent-flier number to your airline tickets. These frequent-flier miles can add up to thousands of dollars.
