I never truly considered my daddy as a sci-fi enthusiast, but if you enter into his home you will notice that nearly all of the books he has are science-fiction books. He has a few on the history of Egypt, and some on geology and world history, however many of them are fiction. Though the majority of people did not get into the Lord of the Rings series until just recently with the release of the movies, these books have been favorites of my daddies considering that I was young. In reality, I remember him attempting to get me to check out these books when I was 12 years old.
