Renovating the Home of the Founders Parkway

One of Las Vegas' most loved places is the Founders Parkway. It is located between Southwestern Las Vegas Boulevard (the Paris Las Vegas Boulevard) as well as the Las Vegas Strip. It is home to stunning landscape, and not just the Strip. There are numerous beautiful landscape options on the Parkway such as a path made of wooden planks and paved walkways that lead to Castle Rock.

One of the most intriguing features of the Founders' Parkway's paving is its comparison to other similar works in Las Vegas. A stone bench can be found at the entry point of the parkway and is surrounded by two stone columns. In contrast to other Las Vegas parksways, the rectangular design of this bench is more common as opposed to the typical circular shape. Concrete was used around the perimeter to create variety interesting patterns. The concrete patio is comprised of six different patterns of concrete.

Two concrete pavers included in the design are concrete tabs. The concrete tabs are similar to the concrete patios in Las Vegas. The concrete used for the design of the Castle Rock section of the paving is colored to help it blend in with the surrounding scenery. While at the same time, the coloration is subtle enough that the concrete does not over-power the natural beauty of the area.

The three remaining concrete segments of the design are made from large rock forms. Each of these huge rock shapes are colored to stand out against the concrete. The concrete used in this particular section of the project is colored red in order to distinguish it from others of the concrete areas that are situated around the parkway. The concrete used in the project is colored in eleven different colors. The Parkway seems like a different place from the rest of the development due to the architects used a myriad of shades.

The replacement of concrete sidewalks and ramps at the ground level with granite pavers was a major improvement to the construction of Castle Rock's section of Las Vegas Strip. The distinctive color pattern of these pavers blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Apart from providing a attractive appearance in the driveway, the granite is more comfortable to walk on and makes the driveway more smooth experience when it rains.

A covered walkway is a further improvement to the Las Las Vegas Strip's design. This walkway is created to prevent residents from getting stepped on by the exposed roots of the tree lined beach. The design allows rainwater that has collected in the ground to drain into the ocean, helping reduce erosion. The walkway made of concrete is set in the ground so it is not necessary to seal the concrete. Instead, the pavers use an exclusive waterproof material that's slip-resistant and heat resistant.

Castle Rock has a wonderful climate. The climate is semitropical, with mild winters and hot summers. The soil is sandy, and is suitable for the planting of plants. You can plant everything from desert flowers to shrubs, desert grasses evergreens and even evergreens. In addition, the Southern exposure of the Strip means that the landscape is cooler than the rest of the city.

Residents can take in a stunning view of the Strip from the stone picnic area located at the eastern end. The stone bench offers seating and lets you take a break from all the hustle and bustle on the floor of the casino. Because of the stone, the bench is not just practical, but also an aesthetic delight. When you step down to the edge of the deck, to eat your lunch or enjoy the stars on the Strip you'll be amazed by how the stone brings the outside in.
