The French Paleo Burn might be a program that has captured your attention. After all, if you are like most people you will have some extra pounds that you are looking to get rid of. The numbers on the scale tend to creep up year after year and when you look at yourself in the mirror you see the extra pudge and feel a little bit ashamed. However, losing weight isn’t as easy as it seems. There are so many programs and diet and weight loss advice out there that it is incredibly hard to know what is right and what is wrong. Which are the healthy foods that we should be eating and which ones will make us pack on the pounds even more? Should we be eating lots of small meals throughout the day or one large one? How much exercise should we be getting? There is a lot to know and it can be incredibly difficult to sort through all of the noise and find something useful.
